This paintless frame oldie on Pennsylvania St. cannot be resisted. After more than one sketch of the place from different views this drawing, done in somewhat minimal style, is what stands out. There may be more. This is a done in pencil, but with the approach I often use doing note cards in ink and stick, as you may have seen. Here we have what most impresses the artist. There is much not recorded, but one tries to put down what is most significant at the time
