The location of this place, River End, after we talked Kim, is in the 600 block of Rhode Is. as far north as you can go before landing in the riverfront mall. Delaware is the street that runs by Hobbs Park.  On the Google Maps image, you can actually see some of the wooden posts sticking out of the river on the north side in a small turbulent area.  Those indicate the pilings for an early bridge connecting the north and south. Follow Delaware north till you cross the river; it's near an opening in the trees on the north side.
